Mumford and Sons Latitude 2017 Gentlemen of the Road takeover

Event description

Saturday 15th July at Latitude sees British folk rock band, Mumford & Sons present an incredible line up of artists performing over four stages.
Curating the whole day at Latitude, expect to see some of today’s biggest live bands alongside the hottest new talent in the world today.

Gentlemen of the Road’s Stopovers have taken place all over the US and the UK and pride themselves on putting a spotlight on towns and cities that work together as a community but aren’t regular touring destinations. Southwold’s beautiful Henham Park is no exception to the rule and Latitude shares Gentlemen of the Road’s community spirit and ethos.

Speaking about the collaboration Mumford & Sons said, “This collaboration with Latitude is one of the most exciting things we’re doing this year. Ever since we started working on Gentlemen of The Road Stopovers we’ve really enjoyed curating line-ups and sharing not only our own, but also sharing music of artists who we love and are listening to regularly. It’s almost like creating a mix tape for a best friend, but instead it’s a whole day of music, across multiple stages, with 40,000 people!” (source)

Some other acts picked by the band include Two Door Cinema Club, Glass Animals, Milky Chance, Lucy Rose, The Very Best, Jack Garratt, Twin Peaks, Dan Croll, HVOB and Winston Marshall, Kevin Garrett, Gill Landry, and many more! See the full lineup here.

Mumford and Sons will be playing on Saturday, July 15th.
